CSATC Cocoa Butter Lotion

Cannabis infused Cocoa Butter Lotion

Compassionate Sciences Cocoa Butter Lotion is a premade, food grade, cocoa butter-based lotion made from our Topical. Many patients enjoy the lotion because it requires no additional preparation for use and will still cover a large area without diluting the mixture. Because this is also considered a topical, it will not cause any psychoactive effects, when used as instructed, on most areas of the body. It can, however cause a psychoactive sensation when used on areas such as the armpits and groin where the skin is much thinner.

Common Uses and Recommendations:
Compassionate Sciences Cocoa Butter Lotion works well on larger areas for localized pain and inflammation relief, muscle relaxation, and can be used as a personal lubricant. It is recommended to wash your hands after use of any topicals to prevent the risk of touching the eyes or the mouth. If accidental ingestion occurs, all ingredients are food safe and FDA approved, but be aware that you may experience some psychoactive effects as a results of activated THC.

CSATC Cannabis Extract Topical Oil

Cannabis Extract Topical Oil

Cannabis infused topicals work by binding to a network called CB2 receptors, which become activated by the cannabinoids in the lotion such as THC and CBD. Although the extractions contain activated THC, they will not induce a psychoactive effect as they do not breach the bloodstream barrier.

What can I do with my Cannabis Extract?
This concentrated form of cannabis is the building block to most topicals and lotions. There are, however, other beneficial oils and natural products you can add to provide even more symptom relief and cover a larger area, such as beeswax, aloe vera, and essential oils.

Our CSATC topical is perfect for localized pain and inflammation relief as well as aiding in relief for muscle spasms and migraines.

CSATC Lozenges

Cannabis infused Lozenges

Sublingual forms of ingestion allows for faster acting relief. CSATC Lozenges take about 15-30 minutes for symptom relief, whereas edibles can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes for the desired effects to kick in.

Recommendations:
Store at room temperature as the lozenges will dissolve much faster when soft and can easily be cut if less is needed. If the patient is new to medical cannabis or has a low tolerance to THC, it is recommended to start with half a lozenge and increase to one full lozenge only if the desired effects are not achieved.

Administration:
Place the recommended dose directly underneath the tongue and allow 3-5 minutes to dissolve. Using this method allows the active ingredients to enter the bloodstream through the mucous membranes as opposed to the gastrointestinal tract.

Supercritical CO2 extracted formula (activated THC & CBD), vegetable glycerin, artificial flavoring, coloring, and stevia.
